A One-Day Wedding Experience for Couples Who Don’t Do Ordinary
On Friday the 13th and 14th (Valentines day), Art and Sol Tattoo is turning superstition on its head.
David Meek, a tattoo artist of 19 years, owner of Art and Sol and also an ordained officiant, will be performing weddings all weekend. He’s been tapped before by clients and friends for weddings on Friday the 13th and now he’s offering it to the public.
For one weekend only, we’re hosting a limited number (13) of intimate wedding ceremonies inside our tattoo studio, a shop built on commitment, permanence, and meaningful marks.
If you believe love should be bold, personal, and a little legendary… this is for you.
Why Friday the 13th?
Friday the 13th has long been misunderstood. In tattoo culture, it’s the opposite of bad luck…it’s tradition, rebellion, and choosing your own meaning and of course, its good luck to get tattooed that day.
Add in Valentines day, and we’ve got a special way for tattoo lovers to take a stab at forever.
Getting married on Friday the 13th isn’t tempting fate.
It’s claiming it.
What This Is (and Isn’t)
This is:

*Couples are responsible for obtaining and bringing their own legal marriage license. We handle the ceremony and the experience.
Vow renewals and commitment ceremonies are great too. No need to bring legal docs.
